Service fees

Fees are quoted individually according to the contract and services requested.

Payment methods and timing

Payment is due when the contract is concluded or the service is requested, using a payment method specified by us.

Start of service

Services begin after the contract is concluded and payment is completed, in accordance with the agreed schedule and scope.

Refund and cancellation policy

Business support

As a general rule, no refunds are issued after the contract is concluded and service delivery has begun. For services not yet provided, we may agree on a reasonable adjustment following discussion between both parties.

International shopping support

Cancellation is possible before purchasing arrangements begin. As a general rule, cancellations and refunds of product costs cannot be accepted once purchasing arrangements have begun. Product defects, stock shortages, shipping or customs delays, and changes attributable to the seller are handled in accordance with the seller’s policies.

We are not liable for natural disasters, international developments, customs regulations, logistics disruptions, war, exchange rate fluctuations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Terms of use

Article 1 — Scope

These terms apply to our business support and international shopping assistance services.

Article 2 — Services

We provide operational or purchasing assistance at the customer’s request. We do not sell goods. Ownership of the goods belongs to the customer upon completion of the purchasing procedure.

Article 3 — Contract and payment

A contract is formed when we accept the customer’s application. Payment must be made using a payment method specified by us.

Article 4 — Prohibited conduct

Fraudulent use, false declarations, chargebacks without legitimate grounds and unlawful conduct are prohibited.

Article 5 — Limitations of liability

We do not assume liability beyond a reasonable extent for the quality or availability of goods supplied by sellers, shipping or customs delays, or force majeure.

Article 6 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes by agreement of the parties.
