Terms of use
Article 1 — Scope
These terms apply to the business support services we provide.
Article 2 — Services
At the customer’s request, we provide operational support within the agreed scope under a service agreement.
Article 3 — Contract and payment
A contract is formed when we accept the customer’s application. Payment must be made using a method specified by us.
Article 4 — Prohibited conduct
Fraudulent use, false declarations, and conduct that violates laws or public order and morals are prohibited.
Article 5 — Limitations of liability
We are not liable beyond a reasonable extent when service delivery becomes difficult due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Article 6 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes by agreement of the parties.
